This special brings Germany, Italy, and Seattle together. We layer mortadella on top of a cream, mozzarella, and Beecher’s Flagship base, and after blazing top with a fresh watercress and radicchio salad tossed with chevre, walnuts, and mustard vinaigrette. Mustard from Ballard’s Mustard and Co. gives this pie extra bright flavor. Pairs well with Pinot Gris (and Valentines Day!). Avaialable as of 2/14, while ingredients last.
