Our latest special features PNW foraged lady fern fiddleheads and ramps from our friends at Foraged and Found in this Japanese cooking-inspired pie. The veggies are layered onto of a miso cream base, mozzarella cheese, and caramelized onions, then finished with sesame seeds and a light drizzle of sesame oil.
